Evil Jerk Chicken - Fresh local hormone free chicken marinated in jerk seasoning, scotch bonnet peppers, pimento seed (Jamaican all spice), and scallion. Roasted to perfection. Spice level made to match Jamaican heat preference. Served on a skewer.
Entrees
Vegan Ital Stew- Carrots, potatoes, red, gold, and green peppers simmered in coconut milk and spices. Served over Rice n Peas (coconut rice and red beans.)
Eschviche Fish- Red Snapper fillets dusted with four and spices then pan fried to golden perfection. Covered with sautéed red, god, and green peppers and onion. Served over Rice n Peas (coconut rice and red beans.)
Jamaican Oxtail Stew- Braised oxtail stewed with molaases and butter beans for four hours. Served over Rice n Peas (coconut rice and red beans.)
Ginger Beer - Non alcohlic brew using fresh ginger root, spices, and fruit juices
Carrot Punch - Fresh Carrot juice mixed with condensed milk and spices
